Gufa Pokhari is a natural pond situated at the altitude of about 2,890 meters (9,840ft) above the sea level. It is in Gufa Village Development Committee in Sankhuwasabha District, Eastern Nepal.
Gufa Pokhari is one of the most popular destinations in Tinjure Milke Jaljale trail. The region is known as the "Rhododendron capital of Nepal". The region has the highest number of Rhododendron species, 28 out of 32 species found in Nepal are found in this region.

Beside 28 species of Rhododendron the region is also a home to various flowers, plants, species of birds and mammal and on a clear day Makalu, Kanchanjunga and Mt Everest can be seen from here.
